Selling your car
How does selling my car with you work?
Send us the details on Sell your car, or message any of us. A partner contacts you personally and gives you an honest view on price. Once we agree a figure, we match your car with a buyer we know and handle the inspection, paperwork and RTA transfer. The keys change hands only once the money is in your account.
Do you buy cars outright, or broker them?
We are brokers, not a showroom. We do not buy your car cheaply to sell it on; we find the right buyer and base every figure on what the market is actually paying.
Will you just accept my asking price?
Not automatically. Tell us your price and the partner will say honestly whether it is fair for the market, or give you their view first. You get a real opinion, not a script.
Once we agree a price, could it change later?
Not from our side. Once we agree a bottom line, we stick to it. The only exception is if the car turns out to be different from what we were told, such as its condition or history, and then we will explain exactly why.
What do I need to sell my car?
Usually the registration card (Mulkiya), your Emirates ID or passport, the service history and all the keys. Purchase and warranty papers help too. The partner will tell you exactly what your car needs.
My car is still on finance. Can I still sell it?
Usually, yes. The loan is settled before ownership changes, and the bank then issues a clearance letter. The partner will explain how it works for your car.
Do you take part-exchange?
Sometimes. As we broker each deal, it depends on the other party agreeing to take your car. Tell the partner what you have in mind and they will come back to you honestly.
Do you sell private number plates?
Yes, through the same private network. Otherwise your plates never appear anywhere, in photos or online.
Buying a car
Can you find a car that is not for sale?
Often, yes. Many of the cars we place never reach a listing; we find them through owners, collectors and dealers we have known for years. Tell us the car on Source a car.
Do you work with classic and collector cars?
Yes. Oscar looks after classic and collector clients, with honest advice on originality, condition and provenance.
Can I see the car before I commit?
Yes. Viewings are private, by appointment and attended by a partner.
Can I have the car inspected before I buy?
Yes. We can recommend top-rated Dubai garages for a full inspection, or you can use your own.
Can you help arrange finance?
We can advise and point you in the right direction, but we do not arrange finance ourselves.
Can you help with registration, insurance and getting the car home?
Yes. We handle the RTA transfer, testing and plates, advise on insurance and can connect you with an insurer, and arrange transport anywhere in the UAE or export worldwide.
Can you source right-hand-drive cars?
Yes, for specific models. Tell us the car and we will tell you honestly whether we can find it in right-hand drive.
Do you ship cars abroad?
Yes. We have exported more than 100 cars from the UAE, handling enclosed transport, shipping and export paperwork, so you do not need to be in Dubai.
I live outside the UAE. Can I still buy or sell through you?
Yes. Most of it is handled by WhatsApp and phone. If you are selling from abroad, the partner will explain what can be done remotely and when someone needs to be there.
Privacy, payment and timing
Will anyone know I am buying or selling?
No. Your name, face, plates and details stay with your partner. Cars are offered privately to people we know, and nothing is posted publicly unless you ask.
Who will I actually deal with?
One of the four partners, directly, from the first message to the handover. No sales team, no call centre. If you know one of us, choose them on the forms or the Contact page.
How is payment made, and how am I protected?
Every deal is set out in a written contract covering the car, the price and the terms before any money moves. Payment is by bank transfer or cash, only into a company account a partner has confirmed in writing, and the keys change hands only once payment is confirmed.
How long does it take to find a car, or to sell one?
It depends on the car and the season. A popular specification can move quickly; something rare takes longer. Your partner will give you an honest idea of timing.
Does it cost anything to ask?
No. Asking for a valuation or sending a request is free and does not commit you to anything.
How much do modifications or a body kit cost?
Prices vary widely. They depend on the car, the modifications and the body kit: some cars need more material than others, and some body kits are rarer and more expensive. The price is based on the vehicle and the work being done. For more details, contact us directly.
What do you charge?
Only a commission, and only when a deal goes ahead: usually 2% to 5% of the car’s value, paid by the client we act for. The exact figure is agreed with you in writing before we start.

Privacy policy
MP Cars is a private automotive brokerage in Dubai. Discretion is the reason our clients come to us, so we collect as little as we can and share it with no one who does not need it.
What we collect
- When you send a form (Sell your car, Source a car, a review): your name, phone number, the car details you enter and anything you write. The form opens WhatsApp with your message. For Source a car and Sell your car, we also keep a copy of your request so the partners can follow it up.
- When you create an account: your email address or username and password, and the details you submit while signed in.
- When you message or call a partner: whatever you choose to share with them.
- When you message our company WhatsApp (+971 55 335 9899): the first replies come from Billy, our automated assistant, which answers simple questions about our cars and services and collects what a partner needs to help you. We keep the chat, your WhatsApp name and number, and any photos you send. When your question needs a partner, Billy passes them your name, number and the reason for your message, and a partner takes over personally. Once a partner has taken over, Billy no longer replies in that chat. We also look back over past chats, without names or numbers, to improve how Billy answers.
- When you join our WhatsApp community: WhatsApp shares your phone number and name with the group admins (the partners), under WhatsApp’s own rules. You can leave at any time.
- Visit counts: which pages are viewed, the type of device, your time zone and the website that linked you here, under a random number that is forgotten when you close the tab. No cookies, no names and no IP addresses are kept, and only the partners can see these counts.
- When we check a deal: for high-value deals we may ask for a copy of your ID, proof of ownership or proof of funds. We use these only for that check and keep them only as long as the law requires.
- Settings in your browser: the site remembers a few things on your own device, such as your language and that you are signed in. They stay on your device and are not used to track you.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, value or source a car, arrange a sale, viewing, inspection, insurance, registration or shipping, and to meet our legal obligations. Reviews are private: only the partners read them, and they are never published.
We use your details because you asked us to act for you, because we need them for an agreement with you, or because the law requires it.
Who else handles it
- WhatsApp (Meta), which carries the messages you send us.
- Anthropic, whose Claude model reads the messages sent to our company WhatsApp so that Billy can reply. Anthropic does not use them to train its models.
- Supabase, which stores account details for people who sign in, the requests you send through Source a car and Sell your car, chats with our company WhatsApp, and the visit counts above.
- Our web host, which serves the website. Like any website, it receives your IP address when the page loads. Fonts and scripts are served from our own site, not from third parties.
- Resend, which sends account emails, such as sign-in codes and email confirmations.
- Our email provider, which receives the emails you send us.
- When a deal goes ahead, the people needed to complete it, such as an insurer, the RTA or a shipping agent, receive only what they need for that job.
Where it is stored
Account details, requests, WhatsApp chats and visit counts are stored by Supabase on secure servers that may be outside the UAE, for example in the European Union. We only use providers that protect your details to a standard at least as high as UAE law requires. They are encrypted in transit, protected by strict access rules, and only the partners can see them. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by Meta under its own privacy policy.
If a security problem ever puts your details at risk, we will tell you and the UAE Data Office as the law requires.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are working with you. If we have not been in touch for two years, we delete your details, except records of completed deals and the checks behind them, which we keep for as long as UAE law requires (currently five to seven years, depending on the record). Chats with our company WhatsApp are deleted two years after your last message. Visit counts are deleted after 13 months. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Who sees a car request
If you ask us to find a car, the partners see your full request. The brokers we work with see only the car and what you want in it, never your name or number. Requests are never shown on the public website.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, have them deleted, or object to how they are used. Message any partner from the Contact page or email , and we will reply personally.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
Deleting your details
To have your details deleted, including your chats with our company WhatsApp, send “Please delete my data” to +971 55 335 9899 from the number you used, or message any partner from the Contact page or email . A partner handles every request personally. We delete your details and confirm by reply, keeping only what UAE law requires us to keep.
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with the date it took effect.

Terms of use
These terms cover your use of this website and how we work with you. By using the site you agree to them.
Who we are
This website is run by MP Cars, a private automotive brokerage in Dubai. You can reach us through the partners on the Contact page or at .
What this website is
The site explains what we do and lets you send us a request, a car to sell or a review. Nothing on it is an offer to sell a particular car, and no agreement is made through the website. Every purchase or sale is agreed directly with a partner and confirmed in writing.
Our role and our fees
- We act on your behalf. When you sell, we broker the sale for you. When you buy, we source the car and settle the deal for you. We are brokers, not a showroom, and do not buy your car to sell it on.
- We are not the seller. The sale is between the buyer and the seller. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, MP Cars does not own the car and gives no warranty on it beyond the checks we agree to do for you.
- Our fee is a commission based on a percentage of the car’s value, usually between 2% and 5% depending on the car and its value, plus VAT where it applies. It is paid by the client we act for, and only when a deal goes ahead. If the car is not sold or not found, you pay nothing.
- Nothing is charged without your agreement. The exact percentage and when it is due are agreed with you in writing before we start.
The written agreement comes first
Each deal is covered by a written agreement between you and MP Cars. If anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement applies. “In writing” means a signed document or an email from a partner.
Paying safely
- We will only ever ask you to pay into a company account confirmed to you in writing by a partner, never into a personal account and never on the strength of a WhatsApp message alone.
- The partners only contact clients from the numbers listed on our Contact page. If someone claims to be from MP Cars and anything feels wrong, call one of those numbers before you pay or share anything.
Prices and valuations
Any figures on the site are a general guide to the UAE market, not a quote. A valuation is only given by a partner once they have the details of your car. If you name a price, we will tell you honestly whether we think it is fair; naming it does not make it the price.
Car details and inspections
Information about a car comes from its owner, the manufacturer or other sources. We take reasonable care with it but cannot guarantee it, so we always recommend an independent pre-purchase inspection before you buy, and we can recommend garages for it.
Services from other companies
Inspections, insurance, transport and shipping are carried out by independent companies, under their own terms. We can recommend them and arrange things for you, but we are not responsible for their work. If we receive a fee for introducing you to one of them, we will tell you.
Buying from abroad and export
If the car is going outside the UAE, you are responsible for import duties, taxes and the rules of the destination country. We do not deal with destinations or people under international sanctions.
Checks we may ask for
Because these are high-value transactions, we may ask for identification, proof of ownership or the source of funds before going ahead. We may decline any request or deal at our discretion.
Your information
Please only send details that are accurate and that are yours to share. How we handle them is explained in our privacy policy.
Reviews
Reviews are private. Only the partners read them, to learn how we did; we never publish them or share them with anyone.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details private. We may close accounts that are misused. Broker and partner accounts are given out by MP Cars only.
You must be 18 or over to create an account or use our services.
Content
The text, design, photography and logos on this site belong to MP Cars or are used with permission. Car brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the cars.
MP Cars is an independent broker. We are not an official dealer for, or connected with, any car maker.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and working, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, MP Cars is not responsible for losses that come from relying on the website alone. Nothing here limits your rights under UAE consumer law.
We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by events outside our control, such as shipping delays, customs or the actions of other companies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows the latest version.
General
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies. These terms are written in English; the Russian text is a translation for convenience, and if the two differ, the English applies. Where a court requires an Arabic translation, one will be provided.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.

Our story
MP Cars began as four independent brokers, each with a private client base of their own. Working together proved the value of combining our networks, so we formalised the partnership as MP Cars.
Today we buy, sell and source exceptional cars for private clients, with more than ten years of experience between us. You deal with one of us directly, and everything stays between us.

Give a broker access
If they already have an account, their role changes straight away. If not, they create one on the sign-in page with this email and it becomes a broker account automatically. Partner access can’t be given here: it is only set in the Supabase dashboard, so nobody can get it through the website.
One-time codes
Make a code and send it privately. It works once, only for a broker account, and expires 10 minutes after you make it, so passing it on gets nobody in. They choose Broker on the sign-in page, press “I have a one-time code” and create their account with it.
